Headquartered in the Dallas Fort Worth area, the IR Pros family of companies has offices in California, Arkansas, Missouri and South Dakota.

Refrigeration techs often travel to our client sites so if you are not located near our offices, please don't let that keep you from applying. Many of our team members, including our executive team are remote.

Unlike many large companies that are forcing a "return-to-office", we strongly support a remote and hybrid work environment.
