Curtis Czemeres

Curtis has over 25 years of executive and leadership experience that includes his current role as CEO of IR Pros and Board Member for Climate Pros, as previous CEO of Lor-Mar Mechanical as well as past President, COO and SVP roles. His background includes leading a team of over 1,400 and overseeing a $225 million operation. Throughout his career, he has built a solid record of sales and operations successes includes transformational team, customer, process, and technology initiatives that have set up organizations for immediate and long-term results.

Curtis has over 25 years of executive and leadership experience that includes his current role as CEO of IR Pros and Board Member for Climate Pros, as previous CEO of Lor-Mar Mechanical as well as past President, COO and SVP roles. Katherine Bradley is a highly accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of experience in human resources management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. She currently serves as Vice President of HR at Industrial Refrigeration Pros, where she leads the HR department and drives the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the company's growth and success.

Throughout her career, Katherine has demonstrated a proven ability to build and manage highly effective HR teams and implement policies and programs that improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity. She has a deep understanding of HR best practices and stays up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field.
Prior to joining IR Pros, Katherine held senior HR roles at several leading companies, including Filter Pro and Pure Air Filter Sales and Service, where she oversaw all aspects of HR management and played a key role in driving business growth and success. She is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Association of Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM).
Katherine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Mississippi State University.

Chief Operating Officer

Robert London

Robert London is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the construction, installation, and maintenance of refrigeration, HVAC, and related trades. Currently, Robert serves as Chief Operating Officer at Industrial Refrigeration Pros. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the successful integration of new acquisitions into the company's operations.

Currently, Robert serves as Chief Operating Officer at Industrial Refrigeration Pros. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the successful integration of new acquisitions into the company’s operations.

Prior to joining Industrial Refrigeration Pros, Robert served as Vice President of Construction Services at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, where he led a team of professionals in the delivery of construction services to clients across a range of industries. Before that, Robert spent seven years at CoolSys – Refrigeration and HVAC Systems, where he held a variety of leadership roles, including Vice President & General Manager, Installation for the South Region. In this capacity, he led teams in the Mid-South and Southeast to drive a culture of safety, customer experience, and shareholder value.

Robert’s experience also includes serving as General Manager at Source Refrigeration & HVAC, where he was responsible for the premier installation, service, and maintenance of refrigeration, HVAC, and industrial solutions throughout the Mid-South. He was also Director of Operations Support, where he delivered centralized support to the company’s regional operations and sister companies. Robert also held the position of Interim General Manager Southeast Region, where he led a team of 200 employees and was responsible for stabilizing the business, customer relationships, workforce, and culture.

Throughout his career, Robert has demonstrated a passion for process improvement, compliance, and corporate services, which has helped drive the success of the companies he has served. He is excited to work with the dedicated team members throughout the Mid-South to continue to deliver premier installation, service, and maintenance of refrigeration, HVAC, and industrial solutions throughout the region. As part of the Coolsys family of companies, he believes they are uniquely positioned to provide comprehensive and integrated solutions to meet the full lifecycle of customer needs, including full MEPR engineering design, energy efficiency solutions, new, upgraded, and retrofit system installations, as well as service and preventative maintenance.

VP of Purchasing

Kevin McDougal

Kevin McDougal is a process-oriented leader with a proven capability to lead sourcing of raw materials, as well as indirect materials and services. He is a fast-paced, energetic leader with extensive international experience in developing supply strategies, negotiating supply contracts, securing supply, M&A, ERP implementation, managing inventory, planning, and logistics, and payables requirements. With 30 years of experience in the industry, has a proven track record of delivering superior results by implementing strategic procurement, sourcing, contracting, logistics, business development, and relationship management programs that optimize the value from the supply chain.

Kevin McDougal is a process-oriented leader with a proven capability to lead sourcing of raw materials, as well as indirect materials and services. He is a fast-paced, energetic leader with extensive international experience in developing supply strategies, negotiating supply contracts, securing supply, M&A, ERP implementation, managing inventory, planning, and logistics, and payables requirements. With 30 years of experience in the industry, he is an innovative and resourceful supply chain and procurement executive with a proven track record of delivering superior results by implementing strategic procurement, sourcing, contracting, logistics, business development, and relationship management programs that optimize the value from the supply chain.

He currently serves as the Vice President of Procurement at IR Pros, where he has been leading the procurement function since January 2023. Before joining IR Pros, he was the Senior Director of Procurement at Allied Universal Technology Services, where he worked for 10 years. During his tenure, Kevin led the development and implementation of new processes to automate the supplier supply chain activation for post-production at various bases across the world, which is now implemented within the company SAP system. He also reduced inventory spend by over $300,000 annually for the last three years and reduced inventory stocking levels by over 50%.

Prior to Allied Universal Technology Services, Kevin worked as the Director of Procurement/Distribution at Dynasplint Systems, where he was responsible for designing and implementing sourcing strategies and procurement plans to support the company and client strategies, objectives, and services. He reduced inventory expense by over $8 million in three years and reduced inventory stocking levels by up to 50%. He also reduced shipping expense by over $2 million.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. He is a certified procurement professional (CPSM) and a member of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM).

VP of Business Development

Chris DrePaul

Currently, as the National Vice President of Business Development at Industrial Refrigeration Pros, Chris is responsible for leading the company's business development efforts. His excellent sales and project management skills make him the ideal candidate for this role.

Chris Drepaul is an experienced Salesman and Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the controls and refrigeration industries. He has a degree in Construction Management from Sam Houston State University and is skilled in Sales Negotiation, project management Estimating, AutoCad, and General Construction supervision.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, Chris has held various positions of increasing responsibility. He has worked for some of the leading companies in the industry, including Siemens, Source Refrigeration & HVAC, and Service Refrigeration, LLC, where he served as Enterprise Account Manager. In this role, he was responsible for Commercial & Industrial Sales.

In his most recent position as General Manager at Refrigerated Warehouse Construction Company (RWC, LLC), Chris oversaw all aspects of the company’s operations. His excellent leadership skills and experience in project management helped the company achieve its objectives and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Currently, as the National Vice President of Business Development at Industrial Refrigeration Pros, Chris is responsible for leading the company’s business development efforts. His excellent sales and project management skills make him the ideal candidate for this role.

Chris’s strong work ethic, technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills have helped him build a successful career in the controls and refrigeration industries. With a passion for sales and project management, he continues to demonstrate his ability to drive growth and profitability for his employers.

Amos Turnipseed is a highly experienced engineer who has been serving as the Vice President of Engineering at IR Pros since 2023, and the President of Baker Refrigeration since August 2017. In this role, he has been responsible for overseeing the engineering department and ensuring that the company's refrigeration systems are designed and manufactured to the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Amos Turnipseed is a highly experienced engineer who has been serving as the Vice President of Engineering at IR Pros since 2023, and the President of Baker Refrigeration since August 2017. In this role, he has been responsible for overseeing the engineering department and ensuring that the company’s refrigeration systems are designed and manufactured to the highest standards of quality and reliability.

With over 25 years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering, Amos is a highly skilled professional who has worked on a wide range of projects throughout his career. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arkansas Tech University, which he earned in 1997. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Arkansas.

Before joining Baker Refrigeration Systems, Amos held various engineering positions at several other companies, where he gained valuable experience in the design and manufacturing of refrigeration systems, as well as other mechanical systems. He has a strong track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges, and he is highly regarded in the industry for his expertise and professionalism.

As the Vice President of Engineering at IR Pros and the President of Baker Refrigeration, Amos is committed to leading his team to success by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. He is passionate about providing his customers with the best possible products and services, and he takes pride in the role that Baker Refrigeration plays in helping businesses across the country meet their refrigeration needs.

Jeff Pace, CSP. Director of Safety for Industrial Refrigeration Pros

Jeff Pace is a highly skilled and experienced safety and health professional, currently serving as Director of Safety & Health at Industrial Refrigeration Pros since March 2022. In his current position, Jeff is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs for multiple companies with locations and facilities nationwide.

Jeff Pace is a highly skilled and experienced safety and health professional, currently serving as Director of Safety & Health at Industrial Refrigeration Pros since March 2022. In his current position, Jeff is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs for multiple companies with locations and facilities nationwide.

Jeff has over 25 years of experience in various roles and industries, including transportation, insurance, and industrial refrigeration. Prior to joining Industrial Refrigeration Pros, Jeff worked as a Safety Manager, Trainer, DOT, Construction, and Ammonia Refrigeration at Baker Refrigeration Systems, LLC for six years, from 2015 to 2022. In this position, he was responsible for the development and implementation of safety programs, training, DOT compliance, construction safety, and ammonia refrigeration systems.

Before that, Jeff worked as a Manager and Insurance Agent at Advantage 1 Auto Insurance for five years from 2010 to 2015, where he developed and managed his own book of business. Jeff has also worked for ABF Freight for nearly 15 years, from 1997 to 2010, in various roles, including Weighing and Research Analyst, Terminal Manager, and Operations Supervisor.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from John Brown University and an Associate of Science degree in Engineering Technology from the same institution. He has several certifications and licenses related to safety, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Managing DOT Safety & Compliance, PSM / RMP from Garden City Ammonia Program: GCAP, Fall Protection Competent Person Trainer from 3M, and Active Violence Response Trainer from AVERT. Jeff is also an Industrial Refrigeration Operator 1 from Garden City Ammonia Program: GCAP, a Telehandler & MEWP Operator Trainer from JLG Industries, and a Class 1-5 Forklift Operator Trainer from Atlas Toyota Material Handling.

Thomas Sweet, PE

Thomas J Sweet is an accomplished IT professional with years of experience in leadership positions. Currently, he serves as the Chief Information Officer of Industrial Refrigeration Pros, a nationwide partnership of organizations that provide industrial refrigeration services. Prior to his role at IR Pros, Thomas held several Vice President positions in GM Financial's IT team where he led various teams of up to 150 people. During his time at GM Financial, Thomas played a key role in developing the company's cloud strategy, cloud governance, and cloud security. Thomas has held roles at other companies such as Maptek, Microsoft and aQuantive.

As a visionary technology executive with more than 20 years of experience, they have a deep understanding of the importance of creating and communicating a compelling vision for an organization’s technology future. Their analytical skills enable them to analyze complex data sets to make informed decisions, ensuring that the organization’s IT investments are sound. Collaboration is a key part of their approach, and they work closely with other executives, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure that technology solutions meet the organization’s needs.

They believe in staying innovative and open to new ideas and technologies to help the organization stay ahead of the competition. Alex Fernández

With a strong focus on fostering a growth mindset and implementing positive change, Alex has consistently driven success by partnering employees and technologies to optimize revenue generation and improve operational efficiency. Notably, Alex's expertise spans business transformations, lean-six-sigma procedures, and strategic sales and operations management.

Alex Fernandez is a Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience Executive with over 10 years of experience in various companies, including Private Equity-backed firms, Fortune 500 companies, and startups. He is known for his ability to create a growth-mindset culture, implement positive change management, and collaborate with cross functional teams. Alex excels in partnering employees and technologies to improve the bottom line and increase revenue-generating activities. His expertise includes business transformations, lean-six-sigma procedures, operations and sales management, and B2B and B2C sales and operations streamlining.

In his most recent role as Vice President of Sales-Operations and Training at Kay Properties and Investments LLC, Alex successfully led the company to achieve its highest revenue target in history. He implemented a business strategy focused on technology and customer success, enhancing operational efficiency, integrating departments, and improving execution and decision-making processes. Alex also introduced Lean methodology to improve processing time and standardized the sales department while focusing on business continuity.

 

Prior to that, Alex was the Director of Commercial Operations and Customer Success at CoolSys Commercial and Industrial refrigeration, Alex developed a shared services platform, improved national account management, and implemented an API to enhance productivity and efficiency. He also established a remote call center and compliance team, significantly improving call handling time, error rates, and compliance performance. Alex managed company-wide projects, identified internal opportunities, and achieved financial goals aligned with the company’s vision.

In his earlier roles, Alex served as an Inside Sales Manager at WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems and a Sales Manager at CarMax. He achieved sales quotas, managed sales teams, developed training programs, negotiated contracts, and ensured adherence to corporate governance.

Alex holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in International Relations. He has certifications in real estate, artificial intelligence, lean-six-sigma, sales, and leadership.

Alex is a family-oriented guy, father of two kids and who currently lives in Torrance, California. Alex finds joy in the outdoors, video games, cooking, and speaks two languages. Alex has a passion for learning and a dedication to personal growth, Alex embodies an open-minded and adventurous spirit and he’s looking forward to working with everyone at IRPros.
