Company Vehicle Ownership Program

Employee benefits include Redwing boots, $100 Voucher Eligible after 90 days employment Replacement boots every two years.

Program is dedicated to “Field Personnel who are assigned a vehicle.”

Eligible Employees: 

  • Dedicated Service Technicians
  • Service Managers
  • Branch Managers
  • Project Managers
  • Foremen (assigned a vehicle)

Fine Print: 

  • Program kicks off – 4/1/2023.
  • Vehicle ownership transfers 5 years after start date or 4/1/23.
  • Assigned vehicle must be in service a minimum of 5 years.
  • Employee can opt to receive $10,000 in lieu of a vehicle at time of award
  • Employee is responsible for all tax implications.
  • Must be an IR Pros employee in good standing at the time of award to be eligible.
  • Company has the right to cancel the program without notice.
  • Vehicle pictured below is illustrative and may be a pickup truck or van from various manufacturers.
