In his previous role as Vice President of Sales-Operations and Training at Kay Properties and Investments LLC, he successfully implemented business strategies focused on technology and customer-centricity, resulting in improved operational efficiency and increased revenue generation. Alex’s introduction of Lean methodology and standardized sales processes significantly improved productivity and decision-making within the organization.
During his tenure as Director of Commercial Operations and Customer Success at CoolSys Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration, Alex excelled in implementing shared services platforms and optimizing national account management. His expertise in process improvement and project management led to enhanced productivity and efficiency through the implementation of API technology. Additionally, Alex established a remote call center and compliance team, elevating call handling time, error rates, and compliance performance.
Alex’s dedication to achieving corporate goals and driving sales excellence was evident in his earlier roles as Inside Sales Manager at WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems and Sales Manager at CarMax. His leadership and strategic acumen resulted in exceeding sales quotas, implementing successful training programs, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Alex Fernández holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in International Relations. Outside of work, Alex is a family-oriented individual, residing in Torrance, California, and finding joy in the outdoors, video games, and cooking.
