Life Safety Promise

Before the system installation begins IR Pros ensures that the mechanical room meets all safety requirements as outlined in ASHARE, IIAR, B52 as well as the International Building Code (IBC) and the international Fire Code (IFC).

As part of the IR Pros' Single-source Responsibility Promise, IR Pros provides and installs a new ammonia leak detector system whether the system specification includes a new multi-sensor leak detection system or not.

Additional safety includes the status of the leak detection system, including ammonia PPM levels, are accessible through the IR Pros remote access control system giving the refrigeration mechanic responding mechanical room conditions prior to their arrival.
