Briarcliff Manor, NY – January 8, 2024. Saw Mill Capital is pleased to announce the acquisitions of both Wyatt Refrigeration, Inc. (“Wyatt”) and Vertex Refrigeration LLC (“Vertex”) by Industrial Refrigeration Pros (“IR Pros”), a Saw Mill portfolio company.
Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Wyatt is a leading provider of industrial refrigeration services in the Pacific Northwest. The company focuses on specialized design, build, and maintenance of ammonia and CO2 based systems for seafood, produce, cold storage, and other industries in the region. Wyatt is a strategic fit with IR Pros, offering many of the same services with a focus on reliability and quality of work. The addition of Wyatt expands IR Pros’ footprint into a key industrial refrigeration region in the Pacific Northwest.
Vertex is a leading refrigeration service provider, headquartered in Mansfield, Texas. It performs maintenance, repair, and upgrade services for a wide range of industrial, agricultural, and food processing customers across Texas and the surrounding region. The acquisition fits a key strategic initiative for IR Pros to grow its repair and maintenance offering to complement its core design, upgrade, and build services. Like Wyatt, it also offers entry to an important new geography in Texas.
